We are a social scientist & designer duo combining both perspectives to create games. We harness design, psychology, anthropology, and years of our experience in developing insightful workshops in business. We believe fun and play are crucial for creativity in business and in life. Whether you're rebuilding your company, figuring your way out of life's big challenges, or simply trying to get to know yourself and others around you better, playful creativity & storytelling can always be an incredible catalyst.
Punctured was inspired in 2022 in response to the leak on SCOTUS draft opinion on Roe v. Wade. We were moved to consider interactive ways for people to re-imagine the post-Roe implications in a slightly different but still very similar world. We wanted people to experience - in first person - what it would be like to be a man undergoing the same physical, social, and emotional difficulties that women have historically faced in too many parts of the world.
We are currently working on a game specifically designed for recent college graduates navigating big life decisions post-college. Inspired by our interviews with college students only a few weeks before graduation, the game is meant to help reframe common questions about life's big questions and priorities. Stay tuned for updates in coming months.
We are just starting this journey in this game design, and we'd love to chat with anyone who's interested in learning more about our approach, sharing feedback, and/or mentoring us in this space.
